About Mainstreet Mastery 

Mainstreet Mastery is an online business resource founded by Madeline Smith, a competent and caring business coach with over 2 decades of experience working with small business owners in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, legal, financial services, automotive repair, salon services, and many other types of mainstreet businesses.

   During her early years of business administration studies, Madeline took a position in the executive division of a 150-man organization in Tustin, California. She was assigned the responsibility of increasing the size and scope of the organization. The foundation expanded to levels hitherto unmatched during her 15-year tenure. By that time Madeline was hooked on developing business strategies and knew her future would always involve helping business owners achieve their potential.

    In 2002 she signed on as a business adviser with the top management firm, (then named) Management Success, in Glendale, California (now Drive). With a caseload of coaching over forty business owners a week, Madeline achieved the status of Master Consultant within three years, specializing in helping owners recover from financial emergencies and regaining solvency. In 2007 she was promoted to Quality Control Manager and was responsible for the quality of service and results for the extensive client base while personally supervising the training of the  company's consulting team. 

 

    From there she became an independent business consultant, as well as an advisor specializing in business communications at the previous Fortune 500 management company, Sterling, also based in Glendale, CA. She has coached and delivered management workshops to small business owners and their staff all over the United States.

    Madeline has proven success, not only to organize businesses quickly for maximum profit, but structure them so owners can have a steady income stream without having to be part of the day-to-day operations. Now based in Burbank, CA, she continues to advise clients all over the U.S. while she works to provide more and more helpful resources to small business owners through Mainstreet Mastery.
